Location:
Remote – Houston-based candidate We are partnering with a client that has an immediate opening for a
Petrochemical/Chemical (PCC) Sales Manager
to develop and manage sales within the U.S. PCC market. This role focuses on building and expanding relationships with OEMs, EPC firms, and end customers to grow the client’s customer base nationwide. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented, with experience managing corporate key accounts, OEMs/EPCs, and end users, as well as a proven ability to develop new standard business within the PCC market. Responsibilities: Meet or exceed sales targets; maintain and update monthly and annual sales forecasts. Develop and grow high-quality customer relationships within the PCC market. Lead and collaborate with the inside sales support team to achieve order intake, sales, and gross margin objectives. Establish and execute strategies to grow direct OEM sales with corporate clients, key accounts, and resellers. Manage key business opportunities across all stages of the sales cycle. Develop and write product specifications to strengthen competitive positioning. Maintain accuracy of proposal and opportunity tracking logs. Review and negotiate terms and conditions in alignment with company guidelines. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align product offerings with U.S. market needs, including features, specifications, pricing, lead times, and availability. Support additional initiatives and assignments as needed to meet business objectives. Education & Experience: Engineering-related degree (Mechanical preferred)
and/or
5–7 years of technical sales experience involving pumps and/or industrial machinery required. Business-related degree and/or administrative professional certification preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
