The Lone Wolf program is dedicated to supporting, operating, and maintaining the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES), a DoD-driven and TS/SCI approved integrated voice, video, and data communications network that enhances collaboration among high-level officials and essential staff. Responsibilities:
Design and implement customized unified communications solutions that prioritize scalability, security, and optimal performance to meet the organization’s evolving needs.
Install and configure unified communications systems, including VoIP, video conferencing, instant messaging, and collaboration tools to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
Monitor and manage the performance of unified communications infrastructure, proactively identifying and resolving issues, while conducting regular maintenance, updates, and security patches.
Integrate unified communications systems with other IT components, including network infrastructure, Active Directory, and cloud services to foster a cohesive environment for communication and collaboration.
Establish security protocols to safeguard communication channels, data, and endpoints while ensuring compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting communication issues and delivering training to enhance user effectiveness and system utilization.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for unified communications systems, detailing configurations, procedures, and best practices for consistent management and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with vendors to source hardware, software, and services, managing supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Create and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures.
