Overview Equifax is seeking a Senior Product Manager who has a desire to work on a winning team dedicated to providing customers with the right resources to help them succeed. Responsible for the overall performance of the product, overseeing it from inception and ideation through design, build, launch, growth, enhancement and eventual sunset.

Creates product roadmap and identifies delivery channels, direction of product and product development needs. Influencing and collaborating with others in cross functional teams (D&A, technology, sales, fulfillment, product marketing, finance, legal) to define product requirements ultimately bringing products to market.

This role will ideally be based out of our Atlanta, GA, Reston, Virginia or Remote.

What you’ll do

Lead and manage mortgage products into the future. Align products to FHFA announcements, drive Equifax credit file differentiation to win in a competitive marketplace, and support our new score strategy.

Use knowledge of the competitive landscape to anticipate, articulate and drive high-potential opportunities that demonstrate competitive advantage.

Perform market sizing and segmentation to identify high-potential opportunities.

Conduct market validation through review and testing of concepts with existing and prospective customers (VOC, customer advisory).

Understand product trade-offs, drive alignment, and communicate the product vision.

Prepare for and support product releases, consult with product marketing.

Track, monitor and ensure effective performance of the product including attainment of revenue and margin objectives.

Collect, analyze and interpret data to reach conclusions and/or present insights to drive product lifecycle decisions including enhancements and sunsetting. Consistently deliver projects on time and against key metrics, despite obstacles or uncertainty.

What experience you need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

10+ years experience as a Product Manager.

5+ years of Mortgage experience with knowledge of GSEs, FHFA policy and scores a plus.

Proven ability to manage a product’s full life cycle.

Developed business cases and defined product roadmaps, including planning sessions across Product Delivery Value Streams.

Solid understanding of customers’ perspectives to advocate for customer needs and gain commitment for the resources needed to meet those needs.

Technical knowledge of products to ensure customer needs are met across the product lifecycle including: Development, Delivery channels, Customer implementations, Customer support, Product enhancements.

Understands market segments and market data trends relative to the products to drive product performance and competitive differentiation. Tracks critical product data: Customer usage and satisfaction, Product operational metrics, Competitive standing relative to other solutions.

Ability to explain complex or sensitive information and build support and agreement.

Collaborates with others to achieve results and proactively address conflicts with a focus on the best solution for Equifax.
