We’re expanding our Non-QM wholesale mortgage platform and looking for a dynamic
Regional Sales Manager
to lead production growth, strengthen broker relationships, and recruit and build a high-performing team of Wholesale Non-QM Account Executives across your assigned region. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who understands the Non-QM landscape, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and knows how to motivate and develop top-tier sales talent. You’ll be responsible for regional revenue growth, territory planning, AE development, and broker engagement—all while delivering the exceptional service and common-sense lending approach we’re known for. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
Recruit, hire, train, and mentor
high-performing Wholesale Account Executives . Build a strong team culture centered on accountability, communication, and collaboration. Conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews. Set production targets, track KPIs, and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds goals. Sales Strategy & Territory Growth
Develop and execute a strategic regional sales plan aligned with company objectives. Identify new markets, broker segments, and growth opportunities. Manage regional forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance analytics. Collaborate with executive leadership to refine pricing, product rollout, and market strategy. Broker Relationship Development
Expand and strengthen broker and correspondent relationships across the region. Support AEs with
live scenario reviews, deal structuring, and complex Non-QM guidance . Attend broker offices, trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences. Build strong regional brand presence through proactive outreach and engagement. Operational Coordination
Partner closely with underwriting, credit, lock desk, and operations leaders to ensure smooth file flow. Troubleshoot issues and escalate solutions quickly to keep loans moving forward. Monitor service levels and ensure brokers consistently receive best-in-class support. Provide feedback to operations and product teams for continuous process improvement. Qualifications
Required
5+ years of mortgage sales experience
(wholesale preferred), with proven success in Non-QM. 2+ years of leadership experience
managing Account Executives or a similar sales team. Strong understanding of
Non-QM products , including bank statement, DSCR, P&L, 1099, Asset-Utilization, Foreign National. ITIN, and niche programs. Demonstrated success hitting regional production goals and scaling new markets. Deep broker relationship network and the ability to open new accounts quickly. Outstanding communication, coaching, and leadership skills. Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed. Preferred
Experience launching new regions or building sales teams from the ground up. Familiarity with Encompass, OptifiNow (CRM), Polly and other related industry software. Existing relationships with brokers across multiple states. Why Join Us
