About The Role
Essity is looking for an experienced
Territory Sales Specialist - Wound Care . Responsible for managing and increasing the Essity Advanced Wound Care product portfolio sales within the assigned geographic territory. The portfolio includes brands such as Hydrofera Blue, Cutimed - Sorbact, Sorbion, Epiona, Hypafix, Jobst - Compri2 and Comprifore. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this role drives sales within a territory or strategic metropolitan areas. The Wound Care Specialist targets multiple call points throughout the continuum of care with a primary focus on Acute Care, Surgical Areas, and Wound Care Centers, as well as managing alternate sites of care.
This will be a remote position responsible for covering Louisiana, Mississippi, Little Rock, and Memphis. Ideal candidates should live in the New Orleans area or within the aligned Essity Regional structure and be able to travel often.

What You Will Do
To meet or exceed sales targets driven by key account closes and competitive conversions across healthcare markets Communicate and utilize clinical and product knowledge clearly Conduct effective customer needs assessment and solution development Maintain effective relationship management with key stakeholders within targeted accounts Interact with advanced practice clinicians (Surgeons, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, WOCNs, and Nurses) and influence product choice decisions Execute sales process effectively Implement contracts and penetrate key GPO and IDN awards Penetrate and increase penetration in existing accounts and healthcare systems Coordinate opportunities internally and externally with customers Plan and manage territory and accounts (pre- and post-call planning), targeting Complete all administrative duties accurately and timely
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree required At least 3 years of outside sales experience; healthcare industry experience preferred. Exposure to wound care, surgical markets a plus Business-to-Business sales experience helpful Self-motivated, able to work independently, competitive, tenacious, high integrity, strategic, passionate, and a team player Overnight travel, weekends, and evening work may be required (approximately 25-35% of the time) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics) recommended

Compensation And Benefits
$70,000 - $85,000 annual salary + sales incentive + benefits. Pay offered may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, and experience.
