Were hiring full-time, W-2, customer-facing sales representatives to represent Renmark in homeowners homes. This role is built for individuals who want to be measured by performance and rewarded accordingly. Youll receive structured classroom and field training from experienced sales leaders focused on: High-level product and industry knowledge Professional, consultative sales communication Proven sales frameworks Leading customers through clear, confident buying decisions All Renmark leaders begin in customer-facing sales roles. Advancement is based on performance, consistency, and coachability not tenure. What Youll Do

Introduce Renmark and educate homeowners on their homes needs Deliver structured, professional in-home sales presentations Guide customers through the decision-making process with clarity and integrity Represent the Renmark brand with confidence and professionalism Collaborate with teammates and leadership daily Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance development Work toward clear monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy direct customer interaction, accountability, and performance-based growth.
