This role is built for individuals who want to be measured by performance and rewarded accordingly. Youll receive structured classroom and field training from experienced sales leaders focused on:
* High-level product and industry knowledge * Professional, consultative sales communication * Proven sales frameworks * Leading customers through clear, confident buying decisions
All Renmark leaders begin in customer-facing sales roles. Advancement is based on performance, consistency, and coachability not tenure. WHAT YOULL DO
* Introduce Renmark and educate homeowners on their homes needs * Deliver structured, professional in-home sales presentations * Guide customers through the decision-making process with clarity and integrity * Represent the Renmark brand with confidence and professionalism * Collaborate with teammates and leadership daily * Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance development * Work toward clear monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals
