
Overview
The Sales Manager leads and develops a team of up to eight sales representatives with a focus on driving revenue growth, improving conversion performance, and protecting a consistent customer experience. Responsibilities
Team Leadership and Coaching
Lead and develop a sales team of up to eight direct reports Set expectations and provide coaching through regular one on one sessions and team meetings Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Partner with an internal assistant who supports team operations
Performance Management and Analytics
Own team performance across key metrics including close rates and cost of sales Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly data to identify opportunities for improvement Implement coaching plans based on measurable performance trends Translate data insights into clear action plans for the team
Sales Execution and Operations
Ensure consistent sales coverage during peak demand seasons Support a high volume inbound environment where most leads come from phone calls and online submissions Reinforce a consistent customer experience regardless of which team member answers the call Identify and remove barriers that slow productivity or impact customer satisfaction
Culture Leadership
Lead in alignment with the company values and people first approach Promote a fun and supportive environment with high standards Support hiring, onboarding, and training practices that improve team capability and retention
Skills and Qualifications
Required
Experience leading, coaching, or supervising a sales team Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with numbers and statistics Demonstrated ability to improve sales results through coaching and process discipline Strong communication skills and a people focused leadership style High emotional intelligence and strong cultural alignment Ability to work on site for in person coaching and team engagement
Preferred
Experience managing inbound sales teams with high call volume and seasonal demand Experience improving sales efficiency or reducing cost of sales through process improvement Experience in consumer services, home services, or similar sales environments

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $41.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
