Danger Jones is a fast-growing, independent, professional hair color brand built by known industry disruptors who previously scaled and sold a global beauty company. In just two years, we’ve expanded into 40+ countries, with top-tier distributors like CosmoProf and Modern Beauty in North America, and built a deeply engaged stylist community. We’re entering our biggest phase of growth yet and are looking for a seasoned powerhouse for the Senior Vice President of Sales & Education for North America; someone who’s scaled professional beauty brands to meaningful revenue milestones, mastered the nuances of pro distribution, and thrives in founder-led environments where vision meets execution at high speed. Role Description

This is a senior leadership position, working directly with the founders and reporting into the President, to help shape the future of an artist-driven brand. You’ll develop strategy, build and lead a sales team, and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Education, Product, Finance, and Operations. Expect strong compensation, performance bonus, and significant upside for the right person who helps take Danger Jones to the next level. Own and execute the full North American sales & education strategy, with direct P&L accountability for aggressive revenue growth across all channels Lead and develop a high-performing team of regional sales directors and field reps Build scalable systems for sales levers & support tools, forecasting, and performance management Drive distributor relationships and high-level sales meetings Partner closely with Marketing, Education, and Product Development to align launches, campaigns, education initiatives, and field execution Help shape go-to-market strategy for new product launches Translate company vision into actionable sales plans Bring discipline, structure, and long-range planning to a fast-moving entrepreneurial culture Identify and capitalize on untapped opportunities and channels You won’t just “manage accounts.” You’ll help architect the entire North American growth engine. Qualifications

Proven track record scaling revenue in professional beauty (or closely related distribution-driven industries) Experience with meaningfully scaling a brand more than $50M+, ideally with multi-channel success Deep, hands-on experience in salon distribution: field & store sales dynamics, promotional levers, supply chain considerations, and educator alignment Exceptional leader who builds trust, accountability, and performance Experience as a GM, division head, or similar in major beauty corporation and/or founder-led/PE-backed environments Strategic thinker who also pro-actively executes Comfortable bridging big-system discipline with startup energy, in a founder-led environment where things move fast and expectations are high Scrappy, roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, comfortable jumping in wherever needed and doing work alongside your team Collaborative by nature, you enjoy working cross-functionally High integrity, ownership mindset, emotionally mature Willingness to travel.
