Our Senior Consultants are client-facing critical thinkers, who contribute to project planning, deliver high-quality work, and build client relationships. Our projects vary in scope, duration, therapeutic area, therefore versatility & subject-matter expertise are required. You'll be assigned to projects designed to challenge and level-up your skill sets in disease area knowledge, project management, written and verbal communication, relationship building, leadership as well as collaboration.
Responsibilities may include:
Consistent client engagement to develop strategic presentations, project plans and project updates, can be expected to manage projects and/or junior team members, where appropriate Development of client deliverables including business cases, therapeutic area landscapes, commercial launch plans, strategy documents, strategic & operational plans, timelines, educational resources, and others Development and management of projects including project plans, meeting coordination, status report development, client meeting planning/facilitation/note capture, follow-up communications Data analysis including forecast development, sample planning, and market research insights Client customer interviews (HCP, patient, payer) and report generation Increasing depth of knowledge in a therapeutic area and functional knowledge in pharmaceutical marketing which can be applied to future client project Understanding of project scope & team time management to ensure alignment with contract Requirements
Education, Experience
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced life science degree preferred Preferred at least 3 years relevant experience preference from consulting experience Brand-building / Launch experience at various stages of the product life cycle is a plus Project management (including spreadsheet and database management, agile project management methodologies) Quantitative analysis and visualization (including Excel, Google Sheets, SAS, Stata); program management Contract development Industry compliance & risk management Understanding of integrated activities including but not limited to digital health & omnichannel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, highly detail-oriented, and extremely well organized Candidates should have desire for an engaging, fast-paced career in dynamic, growing organization Ability to manage one or more projects simultaneously
Additional Information: Frequent travel (>25%) to client locations as well as team in-person working sessions is required.
