Responsibilities
Establish and maintain alignment cadences with key stakeholders to drive enablement priorities
Lead engagement with senior sales leaders to ensure alignment with business goals and field needs
Coordinate planning and timelines for go-to-market (GTM) enablement initiatives
Maintain and manage the enablement calendar, ensuring a continuous learning experience
Implement metrics to track program success and provide actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
6–8 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, or related roles
Proven experience working directly with senior sales leaders and cross-functional teams
Strong project and program management capabilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enablement platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft tools)
Comfort operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
