Responsibilities

Establish and maintain predictable alignment cadences with key stakeholders

Lead senior sales leader engagement to ensure enablement priorities align with business goals

Coordinate planning, timelines, and dependencies for go-to-market (GTM) initiatives

Maintain and manage the enablement calendar, ensuring a cohesive learning experience

Implement consistent program success metrics to track adoption and effectiveness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

6–8 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, GTM coordination, or related roles

Proven experience working directly with senior sales leaders and cross-functional partners

Strong project and program management capabilities

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with enablement platforms and collaboration tools (e.g., Highspot, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Microsoft tools)

Comfort operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments with competing priorities
