Position Summary

Working as part of a large Compliance & Investigations department, the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team consists of three teams: Analysis, Reporting and Oversight. You will gain real-world experience of AML by undertaking analytical work relating to high-risk customers, complete regulatory reporting of suspicious activity to FINTRAC, as well as be involved in producing discussion papers and training resources. Education:

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary degree program in Finance, Law, Criminology, Business Administration or a related field is preferred. Work Experience:

Experience in a customer service-based environment. Experience in using a customer reporting management application (CRM) would be an asset. Knowledge & Skills:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; highly developed verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment; ability to self-motivate with a desire to learn new skills; proficient with Microsoft Teams, Office, Word, Excel and Outlook; fast and accurate keyboarding skills; strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills and excellent interpersonal skills. AGCO Category 2 Gaming Assistant Registration is required (Initiated at offer stage - employment is conditional upon obtaining and maintaining this license). What We’re Looking For
