
Arnold & Porter is seeking entry-level associates (JD 2026) to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the New York office in fall 2026. Ideal applicants have a record of outstanding academic achievement, superior writing and analytical skills, participation in law review, journals, clinical legal work, and/or extracurricular activities, and a demonstrated interest in real estate work.
Arnold & Porter's Real Estate practice is one of the most recognized and distinguished in the United States, focusing on all aspects of real estate transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and other real estate property transactions, as well as loan originations, loan restructurings and secondary market transactions. Our practice covers all asset types, including office, retail, hospitality, multi-family, industrial and mixed-use properties.
Applicants must currently be eligible to become licensed to practice law in New York.
The salary for this position is $225,000.
Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available.
We are not accepting submissions from search firms for this opening.
Interviews will take place on a rolling basis. Students will not be asked to interview during final examinations at their law school.
