Job Description A client in the greater Brentwood, TN area is looking for a Business Development Representative to join a great team. In this role as a Business Development Representative, the candidate chosen will be responsible for sales and revenue growth through designated outbound activities. The Business Development Representative will bring high energy, initiative, and seek to be on the front lines of driving lead generation, qualification of opportunities, and ultimately providing these leads to our Regional Sales Directors for conversion of opportunities to meet companies revenue growth targets. They will also collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors and execute outbound playbooks at scale. Strategically contact accounts to qualify and schedule discovery calls and demos for Regional Sales Directors that initiate a qualified opportunity. Build relationships with prospects and execute organized follow-up with the companies sales tech stack to create a robust pipeline. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly metrics to assist in growing revenue in assigned territories. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns and attend conferences and events to generate interest and develop leads on an as needed basis. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute custom outreach based on their ongoing initiatives.
