Key User PTC Creo Key Responsibilities
The PTC Creo Key User supports design teams by providing first-level assistance, training, and ensuring the efficient use of CAD tools and methods across projects.
Conduct training sessions and develop training materials.
Mentor users on system requirements, quality tools, and design best practices.
Set up and configure the working environment, including initial user and client setup.
Test and support the implementation of new tools (software and hardware).
Collect feedback and requirements from projects and ensure continuous improvement.
Support the development of design tool platforms and research new applications.
Assist with data preparation, conversion, and transfer.
Maintain and develop CAD methodologies.
Your Profile
Strong experience with PTC Creo (Part, Assembly, Drawing; Surfacing/Sheet Metal is a plus).
Good understanding of CAD methodologies and parametric modeling principles.
Experience with PLM systems, ideally Windchill.
Experience in CAD environment setup and configuration.
Strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
