Institutional Capital Specialists support fund and investment teams by

building and managing relationships with institutional investors, assisting in capital raising initiatives, and providing insights on fundraising strategy . The role emphasizes

Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and family offices Support capital raising initiatives by preparing investor presentations, pitch materials, and due diligence packages Coordinate meetings, calls, and events with institutional clients to facilitate engagement and capital commitments Maintain CRM systems and databases to track investor interactions, commitments, and follow-ups Collaborate with portfolio, operations, and legal teams to ensure accurate and timely investor reporting Conduct market research and institutional investor analysis to support fundraising strategy Monitor capital raising performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership Assist in creating tailored engagement strategies to strengthen investor relationships and retention Prepare reports and dashboards summarizing institutional engagement, fundraising progress, and investor insights Preferred Qualifications
