Preferred experience with other platforms and integrating them to Salesforce such asFMG(Salesforce synchronized marketing workflows), Coconut for appointment scheduling, Ring Central for integrated telephony features. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. **Knowledge & Skills** Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards.
