
Digital Strategist Google & YouTube Ads

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategist to join our fully remote team and help us take our clients campaigns to the next level. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute paid search strategy across Google Ads, driving month?over?month growth and achieving minimum 25% scale. Collaborate with creative team to create innovative ad copy, images, videos and landing pages, and test new formats such as VSLs and advertorials. Lead client calls, present performance insights, recommend innovation, and support account growth. Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategy decisions. Advocate for new solutions and recommend cross?channel tactics to expand client business.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business or related field. Advanced Google Ads certifications and expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, Shopify, and attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam). 6+ years of hands?on performance marketing experience, with 3+ years in a senior or strategic role in an agency setting. Proven track record managing six?to?seven?figure monthly ad budgets with measurable ROI. Strong leadership and mentoring experience; ability to develop talent and collaborate across teams. Excellent analytical skills, ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies, and knowledge of omnichannel marketing. Experience with YouTube Demand Gen campaigns and cross?channel tactics is a strong advantage.
