
TA Operations Specialist (Immigration/Global Mobility)

What You’ll Do Immigration Processing & Support
Serve as the internal specialist for all immigration‑related inquiries and cases.
Manage end‑to‑end immigration processes, including launching new cases and tracking progress.
Monitor key deadlines and proactively manage immigration document expiration dates.
Review and approve invoices from external immigration partners.
Coordinate closely with external immigration counsel to ensure timely, accurate case handling.
Global Mobility & Relocation
Initiate relocation packages with external relocation vendors.
Create purchase orders and approve vendor invoicing.
Support administrative tasks that ensure smooth transitions for relocating employees.
Manage job requisition and candidate processes associated with talent moving across entities and business units.
Third‑Party Agency Coordination
Create purchase requisitions, process invoices, and manage agency administrative workflows.
Coordinate internal interview scheduling with agency candidates.
Talent Acquisition Operations Support
Provide overflow support for interview scheduling across the business.
Participate in Workday testing for system enhancements and new features.
Assist with sourcing initiatives for passive candidates.
Set up targeted candidate engagement and nurturing campaigns.
What You Bring Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
3+ years of HR experience.
1+ years supporting immigration programs with practical knowledge of U.S. immigration processes and practices.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of HR employment law and regulations.
Familiarity with immigration categories and standard case types (e.g., H‑1B, PERM, green card paths, TN, etc.).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams; experience with an ATS (Workday preferred).
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
