LHH is partnering with a well‑established, fast‑paced legal firm to hire a Marketing Specialist.
This role supports a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives including content development, digital updates, event coordination, and internal marketing support. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience within professional services marketing, strong writing capabilities, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with technical marketing within the legal space, including legal advertising rules/ethics. This team is looking for an organized, creative and technical candidate to join their legal marketing team. The position is
hybrid with 4 days/week onsite in Irvine
and one day remote. This role offers a salary range between $70,000-$90,000 depending on experience and qualifications as well as benefits, and opportunities for growth within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Produce and refine clear, client‑focused content for web, social, internal thought leadership and newsletters, simplifying complex information and collaborating with team members for accuracy and consistency.
Create cohesive digital and print materials—including presentations, one‑pagers, and event collateral—while maintaining brand consistency across platforms and supporting updates to visual assets.
Manage CRM data integrity and segmentation, support targeted outreach and campaign execution, and track key performance metrics to inform reporting and marketing decisions.
Plan, create, and schedule compliant content across digital channels, monitor engagement and analytics, and adjust strategies based on performance trends.
Use AI and marketing technology to support research, content development, SEO, and workflow efficiencies, assisting with evaluating and adopting new tools.
Lead the coordination, drafting, and submission of proposals and pitch materials while maintaining updated templates, bios, and experience libraries.
Assist in planning and executing events and sponsorship activities by managing logistics, timelines, materials, and follow‑up to ensure smooth delivery.
Coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously, maintaining timelines, workflows, documentation, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
2–4 years of marketing experience within a professional services, or specifically legal.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
Experience with digital content tools, marketing platforms, SEO or CRM systems.
Proficiency in social media management within professional services.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work efficiently, and support team priorities.
Comfortable working onsite in Irvine 4x/week.
