Job Title: Instructional Designer / Learning & Development Strategist Pay Rate: $43.30 – $47.28/ hour on W2 Only Job Type: Contract - 12 months Overview

The Global Learning & Development team supports the broader Customer Experience and Operations framework by designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning programs across global contact center environments. The team oversees the full learning lifecycle—from onboarding to targeted skill development—by establishing standardized processes, governance models, and high-quality learning experiences aligned with business goals. The Learning Strategist plays a critical role in shaping impactful, learner-centered solutions that enhance performance, support strategic objectives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Role Summary

The Learning Strategist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective learning solutions across multiple learning environments. This role applies customer-centric and user-centered design principles to identify learning needs, experiment with innovative approaches, and create engaging educational experiences. The strategist collaborates closely with cross-functional partners to ensure learning solutions align with organizational goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Learning Design & Development Conduct job-task analyses and needs assessments to define learning objectives and identify appropriate training solutions. Partner with managers and team members to establish training goals and develop focused curricula that enhance employee capability. Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to develop content in collaboration with subject matter experts. Design and implement blended learning solutions using methods such as instructor-led training, simulations, role-plays, and e-learning. Update and refine existing training materials and design evaluation methods to assess learning effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with business leaders to identify strategic training goals and required competencies. Review and optimize existing curricula to improve instructional effectiveness. Promote innovative learning solutions by staying current with emerging learning technologies and methodologies. Define SMART objectives and success metrics for all training programs and evaluate impact using qualitative and quantitative data. Stakeholder Collaboration

Build strong relationships across organizational levels to align learning initiatives and secure stakeholder buy-in. Partner with business units to develop learning strategies and implementation roadmaps. Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery. Design Communication & Project Management Champion user-centered design and effective storytelling to influence decision-making and engagement. Independently manage learning projects, including planning, risk management, and execution. Additional Responsibilities

Facilitate and deliver training sessions as needed. Support additional initiatives and responsibilities aligned with organizational goals in a dynamic environment. Required Skills

Strong instructional design expertise and knowledge of adult learning theories Analytical skills for needs assessment, evaluation, and performance measurement Strategic planning and learning program development Project management and multitasking capabilities Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration Innovative mindset and adaptability to new learning technologies Evaluation and assessment design Digital learning tools proficiency (e.g., LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools) Change management and performance consulting skills Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field Instructional design or learning certifications preferred Project management certification is a plus Experience
