About The Role

In this role, and through your team, you will bring to life seasonal in-store floor sets and window presentations that align to our brand's vision and storytelling. Your expertise in visual merchandising will guide in-store product presentation execution that will resonate with our customers. Your vision for visual presentation will inspire how our stores show up each day for our customers. You will enhance merchandising skills within the brand through coaching and training your team to execute brand direction independently.

What You\'ll Do

Responsible for how brand storytelling shows up in all stores through strong visual execution by team and store employees

Direct responsibility over visual resources, budget and allocation of hours to support visual vision for stores

Build cross functional partnerships and consensus on brand vision and execution to support both brand visual aesthetics and controllable costs

Ability to teach and coach direct reports and Field Leadership teams

Influence visual strategy through Field and HQ partnerships

Build quarterly learning agenda for Field team

Strong communication skills needed to regularly direct and provide feedback to large Field and HQ audiences on visual direction and timelines

Collaborate and lead teams in key initiatives, implementation and execution

Sets strategic direction for visual team and store visual leaders

Who You Are

Superior time management, multitasking and organizational skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to problem solve and develop creative solutions

Ability to work independently and with the team while handling multiple projects concurrently

Evaluate complex situations using multiple sources of information (internal and external sources)

Able to filter, prioritize, analyze, and validate potentially complex In-depth understanding of concepts and procedures within Field Visual and understanding of procedures and concepts in other areas

Salary Range: $138,800 - $197,800 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
