Our client is a small, stable company that moves quickly on decisions. Their workforce is important to them and they offer per diem up front, pay bonuses per job completed.

Primary responsibilities
Managing all project budgets and schedules
Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
Providing attention to detail and organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following
Must have 3-5 years of retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience as a Superintendent
The Superintendent must have previous experience with ground up and tenant fit outs
The Superintendent must have the ability to travel to multiple states such as OR, WA, CA, OH, WI, and IL
Strong leadership and management skills
The Superintendent must have direct experience with projects ranging from $500K - $1.5 mil
Salary Range: $90-120K
