Primary responsibilities
Oversee all projects and personnel from initial planning through project completion
Develop and manage construction plans, budgets, and timelines
Responsible for quality control, risk management, and compliance
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Qualifications
A 4 years degree in Construction Management preferred
Direct experience in preferred fields with projects up to $5 million
Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
Salary Range: $120-150K
