Role Overview Responsible for building, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Serves as the link between marketing strategy and technical implementation, ensuring accurate, personalized, and high-performing customer communications.

Core Responsibilities

Campaign & Journey Execution

Build and deploy email/SMS journeys and automations

Create personalized/dynamic content (AMPscript, Content Builder)

Manage segmentation, scheduling, throttling, QA, and launch processes

Platform Administration

User/role management, business units, sender profiles

Maintain data extensions, contact model, configuration

Ensure system performance, troubleshooting, release management

Data & Analytics

Build segments via filters + SQL

Maintain automated data imports and workflows

Create reporting dashboards/KPIs; use insights to optimize campaigns

Stakeholder Collaboration

Gather requirements, define audiences, align to goals

Advise on best practices and technical feasibility

Governance & Compliance

Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR/CCPA

Maintain preference centers, naming conventions, QA processes

Document workflows and support training for marketing users

Continuous Improvement

Stay current on SFMC releases and MarTech trends

Pilot advanced personalization, new features, or channels

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
