I’m partnering with a fast-growing leadership team looking for a
data-driven Marketing Manager
to lead performance marketing across
two strong brands : This is not a “just manage social media” job. This role owns
lead flow, ROI, and revenue impact. What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Monitor rankings, traffic, CTR, and page performance Diagnose traffic drops and fix technical, content, and authority issues Strengthen local SEO, internal linking, and on-page optimization Turn organic visibility into high-intent leads Manage and optimize Google Ads and paid campaigns Improve cost per lead, conversion rates, and close rates Cut wasted ad spend and scale what’s working Focus on profitable lead generation, not vanity metrics Build dashboards and tracking systems Translate marketing data into clear business insights Tie campaigns directly to signed clients and booked jobs Work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO Manage agencies and vendors with strong accountability Clearly communicate performance to non-marketing leaders What We Are Looking For:
5+ years in digital marketing Strong hands-on experience with
SEO + Google Ads Comfortable analyzing performance and fixing problems fast Experience managing agencies or vendors Someone who thinks in
ROI, leads, and revenue
