Directing and managing the middle school and junior high school choral program (grades 5-8), including multiple ensembles and performances Planning and delivering TEKS-aligned, differentiated instruction Coordinating UIL participation, concerts, and community events Collaborating with other fine arts staff and feeder campuses Supporting student growth, leadership, and musical development
