Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (Flexible work options available after successful training) ARDEX is seeking a
Sales Support Administrator to help keep our sales teams across the U.S., Canada, and LatinAmerica running smoothly. If you’re an action-oriented, creativeproblem-solver with confident communication skills and an eye fordetail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As Sales Support Administrator, you’ll support day?to?day salesoperations, coordinate materials for demos and promotions, and ensureimportant data is accurately processed. You’ll collaborate closelywith internal Sales, Marketing, Literature, Technical and CustomerService teams, together with external customers. Key Responsibilities: Support field Sales Managers and teams with special projects Assign monthly distributor sales to the correct locations toensure accurate sales commissions are assigned Process FOC (Free of Charge) orders in SAP and track SMF (SalesMarketing Fund) expenses Administer monthly distributor rebates and manage material replacements Maintain special pricing files and assist in resolving any discrepancies Enter and assign project leads in the CRM (A4C) Coordinate materials and logistics for product demos, trade shows,and special campaigns Assist with new sales professional onboarding; booking travel,arranging fleet vehicles, and providing basic system guidance Experience and Skills:
Minimum 3 years’ administrative experience, preferably in asupport or customer-facing role Strong customer service orientation with excellent attentionto detail Able to manage shifting priorities with accuracy and efficiency Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills—written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams);SAP/CRM experience a plus Education: Associate degree preferred or minimum high school diploma withequivalent experience Generous
