In this role, you will provide the
strategic direction
for a growing community hospital Emergency Department that currently sees over 50K annual patient visits. The hospital is experiencing significant growth and needs a leader who can take the department to the next level. It’s a chance to stabilize operations, elevate the team, and play a key role in a planned Emergency Department expansion and future clinical decision unit currently in design development. This is a relationship-driven hospital in a close-knit community where leaders are visible, teams feel like family, and people come to stay.
