
Nealy Pierce has partnered with a well-regarded non‑profit community hospital in Central TN to recruit a dynamic and experienced Director, Emergency Room. In this role, you’ll lead a growing, busy 40+ bed Emergency Department with ~50k annual patient visits, drive operational improvement and long-term growth strategies.

Requirements
BSN required (MSN preferred)
Active Tennessee RN license or Compact Licensure
5+ years Emergency Services nursing experience and 3+ years ED leadership in an acute care hospital setting
Strong understanding of ED strategy, operations, flow, and staffing models
Proven ability to collaborate with physicians and senior leadership
Hands‑on, relationship‑driven leadership style
Compensation & Support
Salary up to $185K annually (commensurate with experience)
Relocation assistance is available
