Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and guide effective ERP system utilization
Design and implement solutions leveraging S/4HANA to enhance Source to Pay processes
Support the creation of innovative solutions aligned with digital and business strategies
Document common solutions, including configuration documents and process flows
Mentor less experienced team members in Source to Pay business processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 12+ years of experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP and a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of Source to Pay business processes, including procurement and accounts payable
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP systems, including configuration and data management
Ability to travel up to 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working on large, complex Aerospace and Defense enterprise projects
Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development
Proven ability to work in regulated, large organizations
