Responsibilities
Develop export authorization strategies for international marketing, sales, and manufacturing of defense-related articles
Prepare and submit export/import license applications and agreements for U.S. Government approval
Provide updates on export/import authorization status to leadership and program teams
Facilitate approvals for the export/import of controlled goods, technology, and services
Represent Global Trade in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years\' experience
Experience researching and applying ITAR and EAR regulations
Proven experience in managing ITAR and EAR export authorizations
Familiarity with Global Trade tools and systems such as DECCS, SNAP-R, SAP-GT, or OCR EASE
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant advanced degrees such as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters in International or Legal Studies
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present recommendations
Self-motivated and results-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks under time-sensitive circumstances
Flexible and collaborative to adapt to changing U.S. Government and customer requirements
Attention to detail with strong follow-through on assignments
