What to Expect
Job Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with FedRAMP and other relevant Public Sector security frameworks
Conduct regular assessments and audits to verify the effectiveness of security controls
Collaborate with various teams to maintain and support compliant Public Sector environments
Create and maintain security documentation, including risk assessments and authorization packages
Support the execution of FedRAMP annual assessments and manage audit evidence
What is Required
5+ years of experience in a GRC Analyst, Security Compliance Analyst/Manager, or similar role
US government or Public Sector compliance experience, with knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, or CMMC
Strong understanding of information security principles and risk management
Experience with compliance programs in cloud or hybrid environments
Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders across various teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience supporting DoD and SLED environments
Familiarity with modern cloud technologies and architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
