What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, demonstrating how AI can be monitored and secured Deliver compelling product demonstrations and address technical questions in early customer engagements Support customers during proof-of-concept projects, ensuring they realize measurable value Document innovative customer use cases and contribute to blog posts, product guides, and technical documentation Collaborate with a global team, occasionally flexing outside standard working hours to support customers across time zones

What is Required (Qualifications)

5+ years of experience with enterprise software solutions, with a solid background in Basic AI & LLM knowledge Understanding of AI applications, including agents, RAG, MCP, and Agentic AI tools Basic AI Security knowledge, including familiarity with prompt injection and sensitive information disclosure Programming and API integration experience, including the ability to build scripts and integrations with REST APIs Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with cloud security via one or more hyperscalers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Background in sales engineering, professional services, or technical support Familiarity with common sales processes such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling Expertise in at least one security discipline such as Identity, DLP, or SIEM Proven success in a distributed, remote-first work environment
