
Position Summary
The Design & Content Creator is an in-house role responsible for creating visual and social content that supports the bank’s marketing, brand, and communication efforts. This position focuses on designing marketing material, assisting with content creation and execution, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations within a regulated financial environment. The ideal candidate is a developing designer with hands-on social media experience who enjoys creating content, following established brand and compliance standards, and contributing to a collaborative marketing team. Key Responsibilities
Design & Content Creation
Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, including static graphics, templates, and simple animations. Adapt and repurpose existing marketing content into social ready and digital formats. Assist with content creation by writing or refining short form captions as needed. Design marketing materials for digital and print channels such as email, digital ads, flyers, branch signage, presentations, and internal communications. Ensure all creative and content aligns with brand standards and compliance requirements.
Social Media Support
Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content using approved tools. Help maintain social media and marketing content calendars. Monitor engagement and route comments, messages, or trends to the appropriate team members. Support basic performance tracking and reporting.
Marketing & Administrative Support
Assist with creative updates, revisions, and resizing of existing assets. Prepare files for digital and print production. Organize and maintain creative assets and design files. Support internal review and approval workflows, including compliance submissions. Provide general administrative and operational support to the Marketing Director as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field. 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and/or social media content creation. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience creating visual content for social media platforms. Basic caption writing or short form content experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow established processes, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Willingness to support both creative and administrative responsibilities. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an agency, in-house marketing or corporate environment. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.). Exposure to regulated industries such as financial services, banking, insurance, or healthcare. Basic photography, video, or motion experience a plus. Core Skills & Attributes
