Gender Freedom Society is a 100% volunteer-run, 501(c)(3) nonprofit based virtually in the United States. We are dedicated to educating and supporting the transgender community while striving to normalize transgender existence within broader society. Through educational platforms, outreach efforts, and moderated social media, we cultivate a culture where transgender rights are respected, and gender diversity is celebrated as vital to human identity. Everyday our team of global volunteers comes together in an effort to make this world a better place for the Trans/GNC community. Responsibilities
Develop and implement the organization's social media strategy, including the management of social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms. Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with the organization's mission and goals. Monitor and analyze social media metrics, such as likes, shares, and followers, to inform and improve the organization\'s social media presence. Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create and execute social media campaigns and promotions. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the organization's social media strategy. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and appropriate manner. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communications, or related field 2+ years of experience in social media management Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices Experience creating and executing social media campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Experience with social media management and analytics tools
