Senior Acquisition and Performance Marketing Manager
to own and scale our
search acquisition engine , with a primary focus on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Apple Search Ads. This role is for a hands-on performance marketer who has directly managed large budgets, thrives in data, and knows how to blend strategy, execution, and experimentation to drive profitable growth. This role is in service to increase our account growth and revenue through mainly SEM, app search, and other digital channels. We are looking for an experienced B2C marketing leader who can leverage customers insights and data to create a growth marketing strategy and execute it. This role will report to the VP of the Direct-to-Consumer business unit. You'll have end-to-end ownership of the SEM channel (from strategy and forecasting to daily execution and optimization) and play a key role in leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, scale, and performance. Qualifications 7+ years of performance marketing experience, with deep expertise inSEM Proven experience managing
large SEM budgets

and scale performance Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or related field Plus: Experience in fintech, technology, subscription, and software is ideal Core Focus Digital / Acquisition Marketing hands-on execution and strategy (not oversight only) Must Have Skills Large budget Paid Search (SEM) ownership (day-to-day strategy + execution) Daily optimization & reporting Campaign structure setup (including partner campaigns) Launch test scale campaign approach Ability to independently pull and interpret performance data Preferred Background Startup experience strongly preferred FinTech or Technology industry ideal Key Responsibilities Own and scale SEM channels end-to-end Lead strategy and execution for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Apple Search Ads Manage and optimize large monthly budgets directly (not via agencies) Drive performance across key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, volume, and efficiency Build, launch, and optimize campaigns, keywords, bids, creatives, and landing page strategies Conduct ongoing testing across match types, bidding strategies, creatives, and audience signals Actively manage budgets, pacing, and forecasts Use data to drive decisions and budget management Own and optimize channel budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI delivery Analyze performance using platform data, analytics tools, and attribution models Build insights that inform growth strategy, testing roadmaps, and investment decisions Partner with analytics, product, and finance teams to align goals and measurement Create and present performance dashboards, channel forecast and post campaign analysis to senior leadership Leverage AI and automation Utilize platform automation, scripts, and AI-driven bidding and targeting strategies Experiment with AI tools to improve keyword expansion, creative iteration, performance analysis, and scalability Stay current on emerging AI capabilities across paid search and app marketing Stay ahead of industry trends Maintain deep knowledge of the evolving SEM landscape (privacy changes, match type evolution, attribution shifts, Apple ecosystem updates) Apply best practices across web and app paid search Continuously identify new opportunities for growth and efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally Work closely with product, lifecycle, creative, and engineering teams to improve conversion and downstream performance Provide clear performance updates and recommendations to leadership Partner with Compliance, Legal, Analytics, Product, and the Brand teams to ensure seamless and compliant campaign execution Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Join?
