New or used automotive sales experience preferred Professional appearance and confident demeanor Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to balance exceptional customer service with effective closing techniques Dependable attendance and punctuality Valid and clean NY State driver’s license Basic computer and internet proficiency CRM experience preferred
