Responsibilities

Guide customers through the BMW product lineup, features, and performance options

Negotiate sales in a clear, ethical, and customer-focused manner

Ensure a seamless delivery experience by explaining vehicle features, warranties, and service programs

Maintain accurate and timely sales documentation

Stay current on BMW models, technology, incentives, and promotions

Requirements

New or used automotive sales experience preferred

Professional appearance and confident demeanor

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to balance exceptional customer service with effective closing techniques

Dependable attendance and punctuality

Valid and clean NY State driver’s license

Basic computer and internet proficiency

CRM experience preferred
