What You’ll Do

Lead concept ideation/development/activation of new products for the base got2b team

Support pipeline strategy through trends, insights, and white space identification

Lead day to day project management with R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and Agency partners

Maintain project timelines, conduct status meetings, and ensure assets, samples, and briefs are delivered on schedule

Manage costing, forecast assumptions, artwork routing, and formulation milestones

Support go-to-market launch planning in partnership with activation team

Lead SKU/portfolio maintenance commercialization projects

Post launch tracking & analysis

What makes you a good fit

BS/BA (Business, Marketing, Social Sciences - Psychology, Sociology, Economics), MBA preferred

2 - 5 years experience in CPG brand management and/or marketing

Demonstrated leadership and organization skills required to be able to lead projects, partner cross-functionally, and work independently

Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; attention to detail; strong analytical skills; solid financial acumen

Ability to analyze market and research data and derive insights that lead to actions designed to generate incremental sales and profits

Creative mindset and strong team player

The salary for this role is $100000.00 - $120000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range may also be modified in the future.
