What you´ll do
Lead concept ideation/development/activation of new products for the base got2b team
Support pipeline strategy through trends, insights, and white space identification
Lead day to day project management with R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and Agency partners.
Maintain project timelines, conduct status meetings, and ensure assets, samples, and briefs are delivered on schedule.
Manage costing, forecast assumptions, artwork routing, and formulation milestones
Support go-to-market launch planning in partnership with activation team
Lead SKU/portfolio maintenance commercialization projects
Post launch tracking & analysis
