Design UI/UX for a vast majority of product suite (finance, payments, CRM, support, engineering tools, HRIS, chat, design tool) Create and maintain design system (components, patterns, tokens) Brand identity (logo, colors, typography, voice) Use AI to generate mockup first drafts, then refine in Figma Export designs as React code using AI Marketing website design User research (watch sessions, identify friction) Who you are
3-5 years product design experience Figma expert, have designed complex B2B products Strong visual design + interaction design skills Use AI tools (Claude, Midjourney) to design faster Comfortable working solo (no design team) Excited to design financial products (not just marketing sites) Can create a cohesive design language across 11 different products
