About the Role Shamrock Trading Corporation is looking for an UX Designer to join the Shamrock Strategy team.
What You’ll Do
Translates concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences
Facilitate customer's product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital and print products.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces,identifydesign problems and devise elegant solutions
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and integrate designs.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and websites
Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years of UX experience in business application design, development, installation and modification in an IT
Experience with design, development, and implementation of new computing architectures
Strong skills in overall user interface design of web and mobile systems
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to act as technical lead on complex projects
Strong ability to accurately estimate project development activities
Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with customers and other technical staff
A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystem and usability and accessibility concerns
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas and solutions to teams and clients
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design
Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
