If that sounds like you, apply today!**The Sales Enablement Content Analyst turns data into action, analyzing sales systems, content, and performance metrics to fuel smarter selling. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Business Development, this role helps build consistent, scalable enablement tools and processes. You’ll also help manage our global Sales Enablement platform, ensuring it evolves with the business and empowers teams to win.**What You Will Do*** **Sales Enablement Platform Management**:

+ Own the day-to-day administration of the Sales Enablement platform, ensuring content is organized, compliant, and easy to find.

+ Set and manage regular content review cycles, approve new submissions, maintain governance standards (naming, metadata, permissions), and publish newsfeed updates with a consistent voice.

+ Coordinate reporting distribution and analyze incoming content requests to spot trends and guide content strategy.* **Content Insights & Optimization:**

+ Evaluate content performance by combining sales feedback with platform usage data to identify gaps and opportunities.

+ Lead needs analyses to ensure new content is grounded in real sales challenges.

+ Translate insights into clear content briefs and standardized templates that drive quality, consistency, and scalability.* **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**

+ Partner with sales leaders, marketing, and content owners to ensure enablement materials are accurate, relevant, and accessible.

+ Serve as a key reviewer and advisor throughout the content lifecycle, support contributors in using templates and best practices, and deliver training that boosts platform adoption.

+ Bring creativity and innovation to how content is developed, packaged, and distributed, acting as a connective force that drives a cohesive, scalable Sales Enablement strategy.**What You Will Bring*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, data analytics, or related field required; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.* **Experience**: 1-4 years in sales enablement, marketing operations, content management, data analytics, or related role.

Previous experience with video editing a plus.* **Communication Skills:** Excellent writing skills, without AI assistance, and ability to maintain consistent voice across content.* **Data Skills:** Strong analytical, interpretation, and storytelling skills.* **Systems:** Experience with Microsoft (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and familiarity with content management systems, sales enablement platforms, and collaboration tools.**What We Can Offer You*** **Competitive Pay & Benefits**: Enjoy a robust Total Rewards Program that includes health, financial benefits, and more.* **Work-Life Balance**: Flexible work options to help you achieve the perfect work-life balance.
