Where Happy Happens Here Every Day The Learning Experience in Surprise is seeking a dedicated and experienced Center Director to lead our center and ensure a safe, engaging, and high-quality learning environment for children and families. This role is ideal for a strong leader with a passion for early childhood education, excellent organizational skills, and experience managing a large team.
What You Will Do
Oversee all daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
Manage and support a team of 30 or more staff members, including scheduling, training, and professional development
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, children, and staff
Ensure the implementation of The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum across all classrooms
Monitor budgets, enrollment, and center performance metrics
Lead staff meetings, support classroom operations, and assist with events or special programs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
Arizona Requirements
Valid fingerprint card required
CPR, First Aid, and Food Handlers certifications required
Experience working in a licensed early childhood education center
