
Account Manager Merchandising Displays - Coca Cola

Overview
The Coca-Cola Merchandising Displays Account Manager is primarily responsible for leading and supporting the growth and sustained performance of Smurfit Westrock Merchandising and Display at certain individual Coca-Cola Bottling Offices as well as potentially Coca-Cola Headquarters Offices. This individual will focus on the growth of new business and sustaining current business for Coca-Cola North America. Successfully managing information flow to and from Smurfit WestRock Merchandising Displays customers and partners in support and generation of existing and new businesses. This information flow is inclusive of but not limited to management of projects from concept development, structural and graphic design, prototyping, approvals, revisions, manufacturing, order fulfillment, as applicable, and shipping. Responsibilities
Communicate as required with external customers to assist in meeting their needs. Attend meetings, manage administrative aspects of customer interaction, and handle customer requirements in WestRock Merchandising Displays and customer locations. Develop sell prices and provide quote letters to customer. Actively participate in new technology introductions and/or implementations. Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional counterparts to respond to customers, complete orders, improve processes, and enhance company performance. Receive, interpret and manage customer data. Maintain information in WRMD proprietary systems and/or customer-specific systems as required. Partner with customer to assess marketing and promotional needs. Work with internal resources including Design, Estimating, Project Management, Production and fulfillment to successfully complete projects and orders. Investigate and resolve customer problems, including quality issues as well as DMR, financial issues. Create presentations to generate new and additional business. Regular "store check" to assess the quality of finished product in the marketplace and analyze promotional effectiveness as well as gain competitive intelligence. Initiate customer projects by completing project request form with actionable information. All other required activities involving direct customer interaction. Travel to support customer account as required (10-20% estimated) depending on location. Other duties as required. What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), and WRMD proprietary software. Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills required. Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and adjust to changing priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Strong creative thinking, analytical skills and proven project and vendor management skills are required. What we offer
