This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Broker at Saltwater Logistics LLC. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing relationships with shippers and carriers, arranging and coordinating shipments, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the transportation process. You will handle brokerage operations, facilitate dispatching, and oversee account management to provide exceptional customer service and meet business objectives. Qualifications
Proven experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations Strong skills in Customer Service and effective communication Proficiency in Dispatching and managing transportation logistics Experience in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience with logistics software and tools is a plus Knowledge of the transportation industry and supply chain operations
