
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Channel Marketing Manager - Fleet
based in Westlake, TX. The Channel Marketing Manager will develop and implement marketing strategies specific to fleet channel partners and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Performance Marketing
Own channel marketing campaign execution end to end, including KPI development, tracking, reporting, and optimization. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and accurate tracking of campaigns across email, demand generation, events, direct, and partner channels. Support lead generation and pipeline acceleration initiatives tied to channel and partner programs. Channel & Go-to-Market Partnership
Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to channel partners and partner-led motions. Serve as a key execution partner to the Fleet Marketing Director, ensuring go-to-market strategies are executed properly and consistently. Translate product and solution messaging into concise campaign briefs and partner-ready materials. VAR Portal Ownership & Optimization
Own the VAR partner portal, ensuring it remains up to date with the latest marketing assets, product materials, and sales enablement content. Monitor portal performance and ensure proper functioning across all pages and tools. Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Identify and implement continuous improvements to enhance portal usability, functionality, and partner engagement. Partner with Sales and Product teams to develop compelling marketing assets aligned to the buyer journey, including emails, landing pages, case studies, webinars, and digital content. Create sales and channel enablement tools such as blogs, pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, digital ads, email, and social assets that clearly communicate business value. Support account-based marketing (ABM) and targeted campaigns with relevant messaging and content. Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on
channel marketing. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master’s degree and relevant certifications a plus. Experience marketing fleet management software
or adjacent solutions to
fleet or the transportation
industries required. Proven experience executing
multi-channel marketing campaigns , including email, digital, events, and partner programs. Hands-on experience with
sales enablement and account-based marketing (ABM). Strong understanding of campaign performance, metrics, and optimization. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and pivot as needed.
