The Wisconsin Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee (WI ADCC) is the only Democratic organization solely focused on recruiting, training, and electing Democrats to the Wisconsin State Assembly. About the Role
The Deputy Finance Director is responsible for helping Assembly Democratic candidates and incumbents plan and implement successful fundraising programs, as well as helping the caucus reach its fundraising goals. The Deputy Finance Director will report directly to the Finance Director. This role is expected to run through the end of the 2026 election cycle with an expected end date of November 30, 2026. Job Responsibilities
Manage call time for the ADCC candidates and incumbents, prepping calls and conducting follow-up donor correspondence, as well as the thank you program Assist incumbent members and challenger candidates with their fundraising efforts Help develop and execute a multi-faceted finance plan with programs aimed at multiple donor categories (including PACs, high and low dollar individuals, online, and institutional givers), using a range of tactics, in collaboration with Finance Director Assist in planning of small- and large-scale fundraising events Help execute direct mail and online/email solicitations Maintain and expand donor database making, making it a more useful tool for donor research Aid in regular compliance and preparation of state finance reports for the ADCC as well as assist incumbents with any campaign finance questions On-year requirements include working outside of normal work hours; including canvassing and other election-preparation as necessary Compensation
Salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience. All caucus staff are provided with a full health care benefits package, including vision and dental. How to Apply

An ideal Deputy Finance Director candidate will possess: Ability to effectively work and manage relationships with individual members Experience with or ability to learn state campaign finance laws Prior fundraising experience preferred, or minimum one cycle on a campaign, or experience in a similar development/non-profit role Quick problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented mindset. Must be able to take, give, and implement feedback Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines at once and keep calm in stressful situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment Reliable access to a computer and personal transportation is required Be a representative of the Assembly Democratic Campaign Committee and our policies, including neutrality as directed Physical Requirements
